Verydice please fix.

I love this app it’s amazing but lately I’ve been having some minor problems. I just redeemed something today for 6,000 tickets and the order went through then a few hours later it says I have a order refund but when I click it it won’t give me the 6.000 tickets and I had 900 tickets left over after redeeming the 6,000 it took all of them so I had to start fresh again please fix.
