App crashed since new update

I like this but since the update it has crashed every time I try to open it. I too havent been credited for rolls that I downloaded boring and tough games just to get them. Went to support told me to send a screenshot and still havent heard anything back. I just stick to doing surveys and watching videos I always get my rolls from them.
