How dare they!!

Why is it that when app developers make changes to their app, that they know are going to upset their customers (the user, US!!) - they do not feel the need to explain those changes in their revision comments? I came here to the reviews, looking for answers to my questions, and what I found, appalled me. Comment after comment, question after question, to the developer about these recent changes, and not one answer! And yet, the very first time that I read a comment thanking the developers for doing such amazing work and telling the rest of us to stop complaining and to be more appreciative - WOW - AMAZING - The developers finally found time to publicly reply!! REALLY?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! If that is not a slap in the face to all of their loyal customers who were the ones who made their app what it is today, then I don’t know what is! NO THANK YOU!! You are no longer deserving of my loyalty! I am going to delete my app right now!!
I think everyone should consider doing the exact same thing, and ASAP!!
