Will not let me download the update. Been over a week. I enjoy this add until it mess up. Please fix the problem been over a week

Great way to get stuff but I get tired of playing the basketball game. Add more mini games to play and earn tickets or dice.

All these reviews saying it took their rolls because they could not log in need to chill. They were very transparent about the problem on their fb page. Anyway its fixed now. I have received a handful of items from them. Very good customer service when one item did not make it to me. Easy to use and reliable!

Was fun until today and now I can’t log in. I STILL CANNOT LOG IN!!! No way to manually log on... ??? ***Update: I had over 2400 coins, they are all gone. Now your game is deleted and I will not be downloading it again. Waste of space and waste of time.

I love this app. I have had it since January and have already redeemed several items!

A few minutes ago I just received a text from my boyfriend saying that when he logged in, all his rolls and tickets (400+ rolls, 6,000+ tickets) were brought down to 0. He sent me a picture and I went to log in to my Verydice app, only to find that my 200+ rolls and 11,000+ tickets were gone! We are madly upset that this happened and we want the issue fixed. We want our hard earned amount back! Ive been, for this whole week, spending hours and hours taking surveys, watching videos, all for this? Please give my roll and ticket amount back. This app was going so well until this happened.

It’s good until they decide to take all your rolls and tickets and try to blame it on Facebook. I’d been saving my rolls for this new jackpot so many days in a row bonus and they apparently removed my whole account with over 300 rolls and all my tickets. Got NOTHING from them but gave them plenty of my data. I say fake!

It for some reason signed me out and will not let me sign back in please fix ASAP

I have over 14 thousand coins and it keeps signing me out and not allowing me to get in. I’ve deleted and re downloaded it twice now and it continues to sign me out.

Everything was going great until yesterday. App logged me out and won’t let me back in. Have tried reinstalling the app with no luck.

This use to be an amazing app! Now, it won’t log in with my Facebook and I lost my points since it won’t log in...fix this issue please!!!!

They make you wait forever for roll credits. Now they’ve started to make up stories. They’re telling my I didn’t complete offers that I did, even though I’ve sent screenshots proving completion. They’ll say the screenshots aren’t good enough but anyone with a pulse can tell I’ve completed the offers by these pictures. They’re taking people’s time and information and not paying them for it as promised. This app is an embarrassment and should be removed from the App Store. THIEVES!

This app was great, amazing! I loved it but not it doesn’t work, it keeps logging me out and not allowing me to log back in. Seriously need to fix.
