Love this app but.....

So I got started with this app about a month or so ago I was really enjoying it I got a few stuff on it but I’ve notice that they steal my points and rolls first it started with 2-3 that would disappear same with rolls but yesterday 5,405 points just disappeared . That’s a lot of points and takes a long time to make so I contacted support and they have yet to answer me . This is really disappointing because I was saving up for Christmas and I fell like I lost everything and they don’t care hopefully this issue will get solved soon .
