Sometimes it works

I have gotten a few items and they arrived in great condition and in a timely manner. However, lately it has been plagued with bugs. I redeemed an item on Dec 31st and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve been cheated out of at least 15 rolls. There’s nowhere in the app to purchase rolls. I’ve been trying to contact customer support but they haven’t gotten back to me in over a week. Tired of putting a lot of time into this app only to get cheated. They better fix this app soon. Otherwise it’s just junk.
