Lies

Have items listed as redeemable that aren’t. Contacted customer support who told me starting in September(5 months ago) of last year they no longer offer what I wanted, even though it is still listed.

Developer’s rude response below tells you you can check availability. I did. It says available. In fact when I first started using the app in November (2 months after the developer claims they quit offering my item) it was listed as 10,000 tickets and it’s currently listed at 13,000 and available. I checked again. It still says available. So not only did the developer lie about the availability of an unavailable item but they even took the time to jack up the price! The fact they responded to my review and continued to lie proves how worthless and unhelpful their customer service really is!
