Beware of this game

I started using this about one month ago and I did small offers for example download this game for 4 rolls. I am currently saving up to get a present for my sister next month. 2 days ago I spent all day playing this Vikings game for 110 rolls and if finished by lunch, needless to say I have yet to get the rolls. Another review said to they emailed the company but I do not know how to. I am very frustrated about this because I do not like the game I played to get the rolls and I waited over 24 hours. Please reply back if you know what I can do.

Edit: I saw this game by a youtuber who always uses this app. She said that you will not need more than 20k of tickets to buy one item. After reading more reviews I read that THEY MADE THE PRICES HIGHER! If I could put a lower review I would

Edit #2: I read a section in the offer section saying what you could do to get the offer. I’m the bottom right column it says how many offers you completed and it says 0! I wish the app developers would read their reviews and give the people who have had issues for a high offer give them 100 rolls and 10k tickets because this is ridiculous! I want to delete the app but I need a way to get the present still.
