Didnt get the rolls I earned

I love this game however I just finished an offer that I accepted to get 200 rolls for playing final fantasy and getting the citidal to level 10 well I got to that 2 days ago and still have not gotten any rolls which is really frustrating I played just to get the rolls and all that for nothing this need to b fixed ?
