Very upset

In the action feed there are lots of options to earn free rolls one option is to download solitaire delux 2 well I like playing solitaire so I downloaded 6-7 days after downloading it and still I have NOT been rewarded my rolls when I contacted support they gave a BS excuse to why I have NOT received them and they have yet to make this right!!!!!
