No customer support

My husband didnt have an Amazon acct when he ordered his 6000 ticket prizefor me. The prize never came. There is no way to contact Customer Support. You can open a ticket but absolutely no feedback. I gave it more than 1 star because it works for me. However, hes a new user and he is totally turned off. So, if you need help, thats it. You are totally screwed!
