Not paying out

I’ve been playing verydice for several months now. It was doing pretty good paying out for watching videos until recently. Now it’s a crap shoot to see if you’ll actually receive your awarded rolls. I’ve submitted several tickets to report the problem. their response was to reinstall the app which I’ve done multiple times now However the problem has only grown worse. May be time to cash out and permanently uninstall ☹️
