Lost everything over night

I will start by saying I actually love this app, however, I woke up unable to log back into my account, and I’m not really sure why it got logged out in the first place? There’s no support or help option on the app.. so no way of contacting the developers. This is sooooo frustrating because I’ve been working for what feeels like forever to get to 4k. I even paid for more rolls and made it to 5K. To have to start over makes me unwilling to pay or play honestly
