I never logged out and when I went to get on it it said unable to login but I never logged out was great but just won’t let me log in anymore ??

The app was working perfect and today i went to click on the app and it has now logged me out and won’t let me log back in what so ever. And now i might have to log in through google and lose all the tickets i have earned.

I have spent almost a year getting tickets (I had 28,000) and it crashed. It wouldnt let me log in through Facebook where I did before. Then when I try to sign in with Google it starts me over! I really hope that you fix this because I am very mad!!!

I started playing this thinking it would be great to get some stuff for free just by watching ads and rolling the dice. First off, anything decent (I.e, approximate value of item on Amazon is $80-$100) will require you to save up at least 100,000 tokens. Which will take forever. Most of the items are cheap garbage. Secondly, this game cheats and has so many bugs that you will end not wanting to play. They will screw you out of getting baskets on the doubles games by making the ball go off in some crazy direction or having the ball sit on the rim of the hoop for half the time. They apparently are now doing daily updates as well, so even if you have time left on your counter to get the daily double bonus they will reset it and not reward you the points. Customer service is non-existent and sketchy at best. And when I complained, they locked me out of the app, so I guess I am now out 48,000 tokens. My advice; Don’t waste your time. You are better off using Ibotta to get extra money or just spending time with your actual family/friends.

I love this app but it won’t let me log in today. It keeps showing an error. I hope I don’t loose my almost 27,000 tickets!! Tried writing to tech support but my form won’t submit.

If I could give it no stars, I would! It was all fun and games...until I hit over 3,000 tickets. Then it logged me out and wouldn’t allow me to log back in. Continuously said that I was logged in with the same information, but wouldn’t let me access anything. Absolutely horrible. A waste of time.

Honestly, dont waste your time. Downloaded the app under the understanding That yes you may have to take surveys, watch videos etc for free rolls. But the entertainment lasted about 2 minutes before you run out of rolls and out of videos to watch. Oh! And those surveys...what a joke...you don’t qualify for 3/4 of them after they make you waste your time. Only way to get rolls is by either purchasing that or completing offers in which you need to purchase. You are better off simply purchasing the “free” item. Seems like a scam to get personal info or access to your email/Facebook to me.

I was a little iffy about this app but I gave it a try because it was free and.... OMG I got to 4000 tickets. I picked a prize. And guess what, it came the very next day through Amazon. I’m a happy camper.

So I had 13,000 tickets and I order something then the order kept saying pending and the next day it cancel the order and took all my tickets away???

My husband didnt have an Amazon acct when he ordered his 6000 ticket prizefor me. The prize never came. There is no way to contact Customer Support. You can open a ticket but absolutely no feedback. I gave it more than 1 star because it works for me. However, hes a new user and he is totally turned off. So, if you need help, thats it. You are totally screwed!

Was pulled in at the thought of winning free stuff. All the surveys are geared at a certain age group. I have 5 kids. But all over 21. So I’m not considered ‘knowledgeable’. What about my 8 grands? Phooey on you very dice. I buy for 5 kids and their spouses. My husband. Mom. And 8 kiddos between 1 and 18. I have a several computers. Smart phones. iPads. Smart TVs. And I’m smart enough to know you discriminate.

Watched over 20 videos now and haven’t gotten any rolls. Getting ridiculous.
