I have been saving my tickets for a while but down when I open the app it says I need to update. It’s already updated but won’t open now. I’ve probably lost my tickets now and I’m pretty ticked!!

I started using this about one month ago and I did small offers for example download this game for 4 rolls. I am currently saving up to get a present for my sister next month. 2 days ago I spent all day playing this Vikings game for 110 rolls and if finished by lunch, needless to say I have yet to get the rolls. Another review said to they emailed the company but I do not know how to. I am very frustrated about this because I do not like the game I played to get the rolls and I waited over 24 hours. Please reply back if you know what I can do. Edit: I saw this game by a youtuber who always uses this app. She said that you will not need more than 20k of tickets to buy one item. After reading more reviews I read that THEY MADE THE PRICES HIGHER! If I could put a lower review I would Edit #2: I read a section in the offer section saying what you could do to get the offer. I’m the bottom right column it says how many offers you completed and it says 0! I wish the app developers would read their reviews and give the people who have had issues for a high offer give them 100 rolls and 10k tickets because this is ridiculous! I want to delete the app but I need a way to get the present still.

I already been playing this game for 4 months. Sure it’s time consuming but it’s worth it!? I love receiving free items, it feels like playing in a arcade and earn tickets to win prizes that you are aiming for it. Lately if you watch three videos you get credit for watching 2. Now have the survey either say there is a problem. Or they stop working in the middle of the survey after you just spent 5 minutes answering. It’s cost data to do they survey the least they can do is fulfill there end and pay you your rolls.
