I have watch videos for rolls and about 25% of the time I’m not rewarded with the rolls for the video.

I am in love with this game! I never knew there would be a real game when you can win REAL stuff for FREE. I play it all day everyday.

Have items listed as redeemable that aren’t. Contacted customer support who told me starting in September(5 months ago) of last year they no longer offer what I wanted, even though it is still listed. Developer’s rude response below tells you you can check availability. I did. It says available. In fact when I first started using the app in November (2 months after the developer claims they quit offering my item) it was listed as 10,000 tickets and it’s currently listed at 13,000 and available. I checked again. It still says available. So not only did the developer lie about the availability of an unavailable item but they even took the time to jack up the price! The fact they responded to my review and continued to lie proves how worthless and unhelpful their customer service really is!

First off its really hard to even get tickets in the first place. You can only watch videos and take quizs to get ONE TICKET... I highly dont recommend this app.

Game is cool. But they have been updating it. So their tickets prices on here are ridiculously stupid. I got 6 beauty blenders for 6 thousand tickets. Now the SAME EXACT beauty blenders are now 30 thousand tickets. Save your time by NOT getting this. Just cheaper now to go and buy stuff. Very dice don’t know what you done, but this game is not even fun anymore.

It’s ok. It would be better if it gave you all of your rolls. If I spend my time watching a video I want my roll.

I have fun using this app. The surveys kind of bug me and I think they are incredibly bias but it’s still a fun app and I’m glad they brought back the ability to purchase rolls. When you order a prize, it’s usually through amazon prime and arrives quickly! I wouldn’t bother with the offers. Most of the time I download the stupid game it wants me to, only to get absolutely nothing after doing what it tells me to do. All in all, this is a cool concept.

This app was really good and fun, but then I bought the $10 diced and I rolled some, then I closed the app and the next day I opened it again and it dosent let me log back in plus I had like 314 rolls and like 20,153 tickets, please try to fix.Also I logged in with Facebook.

Loved it until it updated this afternoon now it will not open for me just gives me an error fix this issue and I’ll change it to 5 stars.... thank you for the fix!!!!

I love this app. I use it all the time when I “watch” the videos to get rolls. It does take time to accumulate enough tickets for items but it’s free stuffs so I’m into it. The items all come from amazon. I’ve redeemed once and it was on a book. The book came in 2 days and was in perfect shape and packaging. I give 4 stars because it’s awesome, not a scam, I always get my rolls for activities but it does take a long time to get higher quality things.

Simple and fun game, but doesn’t always honor rolls earned from videos or tickets won from basketball. More and more often when I get a basket a ticket isn’t added. The most recent videos aren’t giving rolls either.

I have enjoyed playing this game but yesterday it locked me out, told me I had to log in, and won’t recognize my gmail account as a login. I’ve never had to do this before so I assume there was an update that reset this? Curious why I can’t log in now and whether I will lose all of my points.

I was saving my tickets for something specific and from one day to the other first it logged me off and when I logged back in my 14000 tickets disappear!!! I am trying to find a customer service email or number to get in touch and see how this is going to be taken care.....

Not able to log in.

Surveys only give out one roll usually and I dont dont do the app downloading because they dont cash out. But if you just take your time and spin the wheel everyday you will earn.
